The following areas are designed to help classroom teachers find lesson plans and activities related to recycling and caring for the environment. There is also information to assist in making your Green School Project Program successful and profitable. Click on the area you wish to explore.

Lesson Plans/Printable Worksheets - Find lesson plans, activities and printable worksheets on recycling and caring for the environment. These plans include hands-on projects and are integrated across the curriculum. Find plans appropriate for the following grade levels: K-3, 4-6, 7-12.

Participate in our monthly addition of new lesson plans and you could have a $10.00 credit added to your next shipment of cartridges! Submit your recycling lesson plan to support@greenschoolproject.com. If your lesson is chosen to be published on our web site, you will receive a $10.00 credit towards your next shipment of cartridges. (A minimum of 15 inkjet cartridges or 8 laser cartridges must be submitted to receive the $10.00 credit.)

Literature List - This comprehensive list ranges from simple picture books for primary grades to resources for secondary students - all about recycling and environmental care. You can kick off your recycling program by reading a book to peak interest, or you can make books available to students for projects and information. If you know of any great books about recycling, send the title and author to support@greenschoolproject.com. We are always looking for additions to our list.

School-Home Connection - Keep parents and your community informed and involved in your classroom! Here you will find letters ready to send home to make your recycling program successful and profitable. There are also activities for students to complete with their families for extended learning.

Web Resources - Utilize the wealth of information on recycling and caring for the earth using the Internet. These sites are student friendly and offer a great place to do research and find background information.
